how can i tweak or make my custom mp3s or wave ringtones louder on the curve 8330m? i have the volume maxed out and i need it louder so i don't miss calls.

I used the Windows sound recorder to increase the volume on a .wav then converted it to mp3 when I had that problem on a Razr.

MP3 Gain works great for this.

i tried this and audicy and neither really helped much. any other suggestions? in the media player there is audio boost but that does nothing for ringtones.

That's it, really. Unless there's an OS release for your model with louder volume.

I have used Audacity several times to increase volume in ringtones.
You need to up the gain, then save the new file.
It works well for me (since Audacity is free)
