dear friends and moderators in last session i had doubt in 8300os. but i resolved that problem. now i have critical problem that could not been solved by my own so any one help me. i purchased my bb from one of my friend before one month, wen i purchased it, it was finely detected and prompt me to use my bb has media. but wen i purchased it was locked only for airtel, so i returned it back to unlock it, so i could be used other network in that. but wen it was unlocked it not working has media. bb is showing memory card but in my system i could not see it has media or removable disk option.so i am not able to transfer any thing to my memory card. has u all know i have changed my os, i have formatted my bb using wipe handheld and even using jj commander & media mode is on in my bb8300. but even then i could not get any solution to my problem. & also tell me how to set Internet configuration manually because the sim which i am using is rim & aircel both of them has given settings to enter manually. i want to access internet on my bb8300.so please give suitable solution for my problems plzz.

Have you called your carrier to get the proper settings?

Do you have a BB data plan activated on the device? You need that for Internet.

when i called aircel they told that they hve this only in postpaid but they dont have for prepaid. but they have given me manual setting to enter but i am confused, how to enter. thanx
