Unhappy 8330 Curve Backup Issue

Please Login to Remove!

When I backup my 8330 Curve using my new Desktop Manager ver. 5.0.1.18, I get the following message:

"Warning: Error backing up databases:
[Browser Data Cache] 0 of 25 entries retrieved
[Profiles] 5 of 6 entries retrieved"

What must I do to get a complete backup?

Default

Go to restore and choose advanced and move one module at a time so you can see which one has the glitch. There is an option to slide modules back and forth between your PC backup file and your handheld.

Default 8330 Curve Backup Issue

I went to resotre and chose advanced and then moved each module one at a time and the glitches remain:
Browser Data Cache -- 0 of 25 items retrived
Profiles -- 5 of 6 entries retrived.

I then went into my browser and deleted everything in it. Still got the error during backup.

I have no idea what "profiles" are, but only 5 of 6 are backed up.

How do I remedy my problem?
