Default Stopped receiving emails.........help please!

Please Login to Remove!

My BB just stopped receiving emails the last couple of hours. I just went to my laptop and I've got numerous emails.

I just sent myself a text from my wife's phone, and it went through just fine.

I haven't made any setting changes. What do I do next to see what the issue is?

My emails are crucial to my business.

Text is not a good test as it doesn't use data.

Do you have a capital 1X or 1XEV or lowercase?

Try sending yourself an email from your BlackBerry and see if it sends or gives an error.

Try a battery pull and see if that helps.

If none of that works, try resending your service books.

Do you have a good signal on the device?

Are you using BIS or BES?

Have you tried a battery pull?

Have you resent service books?

Have you installed any apps lately?

What were you doing right before it stopped receiving email?

Text messages come through the phone side, not the data side, so that has no bearing on email.

I'm able to send emails w/o error message. They showed up on my laptop.

Resent service books. Seems to be working fine.
