I have had my phone for awhile now, and it has always worked great with no problems. I noticed last night, after trying to txt with my phone that anytime I hit the t, y, i or the d button that it comes up yi on the screen. Any ideas as to what might be causing this? Everything else on the keyboard works, it is just those buttons giving me trouble. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!

Has the device been dropped or exposed to moisture (In the bathroom while you got a shower)?

Try removing the battery for 30 seconds and see if that clears the issue up.

Sounds like typical moisture damage.

Has the device been exposed to ANY moisture? Even a little tiny bit?

Sweaty pocket? Steamy bathroom? Wet hands? Wet hair? Dew? High humidity environment? Anything like that?

It doesn't take much moisture to cause damage.

Well, at times I do keep the phone in my pocket while I am working, and I was thinking that might have been the problem. Is there anyway to have the phone fixed, or is it time for a new phone?
