Default 8330 deleting email address question

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 8330 with US Cellular. I carried it to a store where the associate said that it was wiped clean just like you take it out of the box. It is still receiving emails from my personal email account. I left the business that supplied me the phone. How can I stop it from receiving emails from my personal account so I can turn the phone in. Thanks

The acct was set up by the associate that set up the service. I do not know my password to log into email settings/existing acct. When i click on "forgot my password" it says that an email has been sent to your bb device. I never receive any info with the password

If you have BIS, and don't remember the password for it, your provider's tech support can reset it for you, and remove the email account as well.
If you have BES, they will probably tell you to contact your IT dept.

As above, you need to cancel your BIS account. Call the carrier and make sure they do it.

If BES, the BES Admin at the company will have to remove you.
