I downloaded Aerize Card Loader today. When I restarted my BlackBerry, I got a white screen with the number 549. I read that it is probably a corrupt file, but when I plugged it into my computer to try to restore it, DM doesn't recognize it at all. How do I get the corrupt file off of my phone and get it restored if the computer won't recognize it? Thanks!

Have you tried a battery pull to see if the device will come back.

See if you can delete it from the device, not via DM.

I've done a couple of battery pulls... even left the battery out for about 5 minutes before restarting. My phone won't load anything. As soon as I turn it on, it goes to the white screen with the 549 error.

Remove the SD card and see what that does.
