Not sure if this is the correct location for this thread as it spans over at least three other areas but my OS has v.4.5 for BBM and was considering moving up to v.5.0.

Question is:

1) Will the 8330 run v.5.0 (with an OS of v.4.5.0.138) OK or have there been reported problems?

2) Do all my contacts need to upgrade to v.5.0 as well since I heard rumors of missed deliveries, etc.

I am running BBM 5.0 on a 4.5.0.100 OS on a 8310.

I am also running BBM 5.0 and my OS is 4.5.0.160. I can't comment on whether your contacts need 5.0 also to avoid lost messages. I can tell you that some of my contacts DO NOT have 5.0 and I haven't heard of any problems...
