I can't seem to manage to sync the past appointments I have created on my Microsoft outlook 2007 with the calendar on my 8320 curve. It only seems to recognize current or future appointments when I sync the two...
Any help?

Check your settings on BlackBerry desktop manager: Synchronize > Configuration > Configure synch > select calendar > go to Configure with the drop down menu > Advanced settings > Date Range.

I'm using a slightly older version of BB DM but it should be roughly the same.

I also have a user experiencing the same issue on a Curve 8330 in Outlook 2003.

Trimix- we don't typically use the Desktop Manager, is there an alternative way to check this on the device or through the BES?

I'm not too familiar with BES as I don't use it. But I do know that on the device end, there should be an option in the Calendar's general settings that allow you to specify whether or not you want to keep all appointments or just present/future ones (something to that extent, don't remember exactly).
