Default Application on 8320/8330?

Please Login to Remove!

I have an 8330 on VZW. I'd like to buy the Monopoly game from Handango. It says it's not supported on the 8330, but is on the 8320.

My understanding is that the only difference between the 8320 and 8330 is that the -20 is GSM and the -30 is CDMA.

Which makes me think that an application like a game should work on one if it works on the other.

However, I'm a BB novice (it's the work phone, I'm still carrying my Palm 700p), so I really don't know what I don't know about Blackberrys. Nice track ball, though.

Anyone know if the Monopoly for the 8320 will work on my 8330?

And if there's a FAQ, I'd love to read it. This thing seems okay. But our IT guy has not clue how to support it, so I guess I'd better become at least conversant if I want it to work reliably. My address book has already corrupted three times--I've got at least four of eveybody in my contacts.

Thanks in advance.

Wirelessly posted (8820)

Pass on the game. You'll probably crash the device and have to wipe it and reinstall the OS, not to mention losing the purchase price for the game. Plus irritate you IT office.

Re contacts, you are going to have to delete the duplicates yourself, either on the blackberry or the desktop client you sync with.
