I just got the curve 8330 and am on a plan with virgin mobile. My email account is with Rogers. When I have my email open on my laptop and a new email comes in it goes through to my blackberry but deletes itself after approx one minute. If I have my email closed on my laptop emails come thru to the blackberry no problem and stay there, but unless I save them, as soon as I open my email on laptop they dissappear again. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I've put three calls into Virgin over the past week and still have not had a call back - they're useless!! Please help if you can!! Thank you.

Change your setting in the email client on the laptop to leave email on the server.
