Default Downloading CD's via Roxio issue

How do I get the artist, song name and title to go with the CD onto my BB? I get a "new artist" and when I add another CD to my Media Card it writes over the previous "New Artist". am I missing something with Roxio?

I can't tell you how to fix your issue with Roxio. Most don't use it, at least going by discussions here on the forums. I don't use it. It's easier to enable mass storage and drag and drop to the media card. I do that, and sometimes use Windows Media Player to copy audio files to the card.

You may want to try Real Player SP. I'm not sure how it handles the files, but it does try to mirror itunes in converting CDs. Plus it has a format converter that'll convert mp3s and other formats to BB friendly and then sync them onto the BB. You can even download videos on websites and then get them onto the BB.

Roxio is so flawed a program in general that it wouldn't surprise me if there's no way to fix the problem you're dealing with.
