Hello, I bought my 8300 unlocked from amazon.com and I received it without the browser application. I already acquired the internet + bbm from my service provider, but no one here knows how to install the browser. Can anyone help? I can't download it from the blackberry website, it tells me to visit the mobile download site (but I can't since i don't have the browser)...

Actually, the browser application 4.5.0 is installed...i just can't find how to open it.

Have you tried resending your Service Books from the carrier's BIS web page?

i can't find it, and it isn't a problem with the carrier, i think, because the phone already came with bbm when i didn't have any carriers with it.

Backing up... You do have a blackberry data plan, right? Not just a regular cell phone data plan, but a plan specific for blackberry?

Resend service books and see where you stand after that.
