Please Login to Remove!

I'm having same problem and had it happen one time before and had to do a master reset then reinstall the software but can't rember how to do a master reset to remove everything thanks for any help.

Options -> Media Card, make sure you do NOT have any encryption enabled, if so disable it and try again.

Do you have another Media Card to test with?

Smile Solution for Video Camera Problem on 8310

If you are using OS version 4.2 now you need to upgrade to OS 4.5. But not necessarily Video camera features will function properly. You must select OS version 4.5 is suitable. I encourage you to use the OS 4.5 version 4.5.0.10-2.7.0.40.
