Default my keyboard dont light up anymore

Please Login to Remove!

i have a bb 8330. and just recently my keyboard wont light up. very frustrating. please some one help and send an email to my account. now my freaking cam aint working. i go to the cam and it says i need to close out other applications. somebody please help

Wirelessly posted

First try a battery pull, that might fix the camera issue and maybe the keyboard.

If you got the device wet, then you should remove the battery and submerge the device is a bowl of uncooked rice.

If none of the above helps or applies, then you need to take it in to a technician.

I had a 8320 that had the same keyboard issue and they replaced it.

i tried that kirrin. i just finally gave up and called sprint and they are just sending me a replacement as well. i hope to hell this replacement is much better than the one i got now. thanks kirrin for the recommendation
