I have my wife's 8330 on Verizon and I installed the latest firmware thru the blackberry desktop software and now her phone constantly reboots all the time whether she is making a phone call or sending a txt. I have removed the battery and brought it to Verizon but they say I just have to keep yanking the battery, does anyone know how to fix this or what to do about it.

If there is a media card in the phone, remove it

No media card very little on the internal storage some photos which were there all along, a FB app and CNN Mobile APP, that is it.
