I have been having issues with my Curve 8350i. I recently received a warranty replacement from Nextel and still having the same problem, so I am assuming this is a software bug.
When I am on a call and receive another call on the other line, the caller ID does not work. In addition when the other line stops beeping, the call that I am on goes on speaker and will not turn off. Also there is no log of the missed call on the other line.
Any ideas??? Back up contacts list and do a hard reset? Resinstall OS?
I am currently running v184.108.40.2063 which I believe is the most current.
