Whenever I try to transfer the contacts from a Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330 it tries to send the phonebook but after about 20 seconds it sais FAILED.

I know there are a number reasons why this could be happening but no matter what I try I am not having any luck.

The navigation unit is an Eclipse AVN726E. The phone is a Sprint Blackberry Curve 8330.

I have tries removing all of the symbols in the contacts names. Things such as commas, periods, apostrophes, anpersands, slashes...etc..I have removed pictures attached to the contacts with no luck.

Any other suggestions?
