Default hopefully obvious question about email display

Please Login to Remove!

TIA for checking this out. i'm on my 2nd BB - this one's a curve 8900. question has to do with email display - this bb 'threads' email conversations like gmail does. if a subject has more than 1 email, the 'name' displays as '(N items)'

is there a way to disable this threading and have each email display individually? it would be much easier to view and manage, at least for my simple brain.

thanks!!

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)

You must be using the gmail stand alone app.'

Do you have a data plan where you can access the blackberry internet service or BIS??

nah i'm using the bb email service, not gmail. what's odd is that it doesnt do it in the messages folder that herds all 3 of my individual email boxes together. but when i go to look for an email in that addresses actual message folder they all thread them.

i cant find any setting anywhere that allows control over this. i have a data plan on the phone yea
