Angry Password Keeper Question

Please Login to Remove!

My work did some upgrades to my BB and I took my Password Keeper was deleted and now when I go to a earlier backup to reinstall my passwords after I do the restore there is nothing in the file for passwrod keeper. Can this be restored or what do I need to do to get this info back. I have an 8330 Sprint BB.

Unless you have a manual backup of yoru device, or they have one, it probably cannot be restored. The PK data is backed up on the BES wirelessly and is normally restored intact after doing an upgrade and Enterprise Activation.

However, if they had issues with the activation and had to remove/re-add your account on the BES, then the PK data is lost.

With a manual backup, it could be restored....

A backup performed by you, manually, using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

Sorry thought that is what that meant I have several backups from the last 6 months but when I restore there is no data in Password Keeper when it has restored the older backup

Or ask whoever did your upgrade. During the upgrade, an automatic backup is done (by default, unless the person changed that option, which would be stupid, IMO) and would be on whatever computer they used for the upgrade.
