I have a company paid Nextel phone with a basic service nothing else. Could I take out the sim from my i335 phone and just put it into a 8350i and have ppt and telephone work.

If this is possible would I be able to add pdf files or sync to desktop and add docs or notes without any other service, I donít care about email or web service, then I could get rid of my pda and just carry the 8350i.

Yes, that will work for what you're asking.
