Hello, I'm new to this site and also a fairly new bb user. I have my media card installed, but I can't get the pictures that are currently stored on the phone onto the card. I've gone to menu, I've tried moving, etc, but it doesn't give me any option to move to the card. Please help, not sure what I'm doing wrong.

You need to use the menu that pops up to do it. You can also use media manager in the desktop manager

thanks for the information. Now it tells me the memory is full. I've formatted the card and there is nothing on it. Ugh. so frustrating.

Another option is to enable mass storage mode and do the transferring on your computer. Might make it easier if you have a lot of files to move around.

Options > Media card > turn everything to ON; leave encryption to "none"
