I was using my personal BB 8830 to stay connected to company email. My company downloaded a security update to my personal phone that requires me to enter in a password everytime i use the phone. I have since reduced my plan to get rid of enterprise, but i cannot figure out how to get rid of the password security. When I try to disable the password, there is a little red lock - it won't let me change it from 'enabled'. Any ideas?
If you are still connected to the BES, the IT Policy will get pushed back. Need to contact the BES Admin to make sure you have been removed from the BES and to get a blank policy pushed to the device, as mentioned above.
