Default Broke yellow ring that holds trackball in place.

Hi,

I have a mike Curve. I broke the ring that holds my trackball in place. I went to Telus to get a new one and they told me I cannot order the normally $25 dollar trackball replacement ensemble that comes with the non Mike curves.

They actually told me the only I can do is buy a new Blackberry for $600!!?? can you believe this? Is this true? All i need is a new little plastic ring and they want me to pay $600

Does anybody know if anything can be done here?

Thank you very much.

Craig

Welcome to the forums.

This is not true. You can order a new ring or trackball assembly. It may not be the yellow ring as you had but will serve the same purpose.
