Just upgraded from a 7100i. I can not access the internet. When I try a website, all I get is HTTP error 400, the server could not understand the page request or was unable to process it. Now I tried both while connected to my home WIFI connection and out in the street. Anyone have any insights?
Sounds like your BB data plan is messed up. Call Sprint/Nextel and have them look at it again.
Did you do a Master Radio Reset when they activated the new device? Options -> Security Options -> General Settings -> Menu -> Master Radio Reset -> pwd is 0000. After doing that, turn the wireless back on, then make sure you get the Registration message.

Are you using the SIM from the 7100i or from the 8350i? Did you try a Master Radio Reset? Have you performed a hard reset? Have you re-sent Service Books?
The WiFi on the 8350i will not work without the proper Service Books - which require a data plan.
I tried the master reset with no luck. I'll have to call Nextel and see what they say. I do have one more question. I have a Wifi connection to my home wireless network whichhas internet capability, should that get my BB online?
