Default wipe help

Please Login to Remove!

i tried to use the wipe program from the BB FAQ, when it would not wipe i followed the other direction for a when it would not connect. my problem is this..... my computer does not recogonize the "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader" when i type it into the command prompt..... any help would be great, i have a massive head ache from dealing with this,,,,,

Are you running a 64 bit operating system?
If so, the file is in c:\program files (x86)\...

This assumes that you have installed Desktop Manager onto your PC.
