Are you saying you no longer have a BlackBerry data plan on your BlackBerry?
Did you set the email accounts up on your BlackBerry or on the carrier's BIS site online on your computer?
If you set them up on the BIS site, I think you should be able to login there and delete them. If not, I think you will have to call your carrier to delete them.
