Exclamation Blackberry 8330, keeps shutting off

Please Login to Remove!

i recently purchased a blackberry curve 8330 and it keeps restarting on me randomly. its done this since day one pretty much . i wiped, replaced the os and did all the updates, and it still happens. and worse yet, anytime i attempt to download an app on my phone wirelessly, it gets to the end and then shuts off, reboots and still does not have the app downloaded.

any help would be great, thanks

This will probably sound obvious, but can't you return it for exchange or get your money back?

Return it and make sure that you did not get a re-furbished unit. If you got it off of eBay, you may be out of luck.

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)

Pull the media card if you have one. Otherwise, in laymans terms you have a short in your phone and its a hardware issue. Another choice is to go to options -security and wipe your handheld. There is a remote chance that a software program is interfering with the processor

Which apps? I assume you have a data plan with your cdma phone.
