My son playing with my 8310 i don't know how the handheld is getting locked Naturally it wouldnt ask password if i want to unlock the phone
Is there some way to unlock it? the password retry is only 2 of 10.
Please help..PLEASEE

Nope. He obviously set a password.

If you don't know (or can't figure out) the password, the phone will wipe after the password is incorrectly input 10 times.

Hopefully, you have a backup on a computer from which you will be able to restore the data. Otherwise, the data will be gone.

There's no way around a BlackBerry password.
