Hello all, I have an 8100 that I've used for a few years and was recently given a wiped 8320 (both T-Mo). Will the BB software migrate my messages, etc., phone #'s to the new phone? I guess my PIN will change also. I did search but didn't find anything exactly pertaining to an individual upgrade, so thanks for any assistance!

Yes, use the Switch Device Wizard in Desktop Manager.

Once you've done that, log into your BIS account and switch the devices there as well so your emails are getting forwarded to your old phone.
