Hi

A 'programme' has appeared in Applications, 'GoSpoken Bookstore'. When I click on it, it takes me to my browser and a 'terms and condition' page, which I decline to accept.

My question is, how do I delete this shortcut? It does not show up when I use the desktop manager way to delete programmes.

Sounds like it was pushed by your carrier.

If you delete it, it will just get pushed back to the device.

Don't click on it. Just hide it and forget about it.
