Does anyone know how to do a master reset on a 8310 so I can reinstall the software from the disk thanks for any help

Best way is to download jlcmdr and then wipe the phone. After wipping the phone you will get a 507 error code. Then run the app loader program from the sync manager program. this will help you install of the firmware.
