| Device wiped, no options to restore... what next? Please Login to Remove! Yesterday when syncing my Curve 8330, I received a notice saying an update was available so I clicked yes to update my device from OS .171 (or something like that) to the latest version which is .5 soemthing, however in the end all I had was a wiped device with all my options removed and no way to restore my contacts, calandar, and such. The applications remained, but all folders were gone and I have to relogin to everything.
I tried restoring my backup however while the restore ran, the results showed "0 of x entries restored" across the board for everything. I even tried pushing databases back one by one via the advanced control pannel, but that only turned up an error with a hex value.
I then downgraded and tried restoring my backups and I'm still having the same issues so I wanted to see how I can fix this. At the least I'd like to sync with my desktop again, however it would also be nice if I could restore my folders and application settings.
Thank you very much in advance. |
