I have a Blackberry Curve 8350i. I am getting an error Reload software 507. I have tried following the steps on how to reload, but it keeps saying the device does not have enough room to install the software. It seems like it is not wiping the old stuff off before installing the new. This has been a nightmare. It first started with the unit powering off like crazy. Then it went to red LED light and white screen, and now this. I have even tried loading the JL wiping program, but in the instructions it says not compatible with windows 7. About ready to give up and go get another phone.

I wonder if the internal memory has a problem hence the error message.

He hasn't even run JL_CMDER yet (see posts above), which really limits any guesses. Javaloader - the core of JL_CMDER - works fine on 64 bit Windows 7 - you just have to find where it is installed.
