I spent 5 hours trying to figure out why my outlook and my BB did not like each other. It only went to 9 contacts and errored out.

After reading a million posts, I went to the DM and clicked on the sync advanced options. I merely unchecked the double arrows not allowing pictures and any other non-essential data.
