Default Need blank book service to be sent to Blackberry??

Hi, I have a problem I don't know how to solve. I've got a blackberry and with the Enterprise (corporate) plan because this was necessary to be able to receive my work email in the device. After some time, my company gave me a devide (paid by the company) so I decided to give my older blackberry device to my husband for his own use. We've never manage to get my older device to work to receive his emails. Now T-mobile claims that my company somehow as firewalls that prevent my husband's use of the blackberry, and that they have to send a blank service book to my previous blackberry device. Do you have any idea of what are is T-mobile talking about? How is that they cannot solve this issue themselves? Thanks for any info.

You need to Remove the IT Policy that is on the BlackBerry.

Look in BlackBerry FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ for the page on Removing an IT Policy.

It is NOT the service books.

That was indeed the problem. I could not do it on my own. After spending hours with T-mobile, finally I was able to do it with BB assistance. Your response made me realize that they were indeed ABSOLUTELY wrong.
