Default Run apps on Blackberry 8330 for Metro

Hello!
I recently bought a flashed Blackeberry 8330 from Verizon to Metro.
So far everything that came with the phone work (Web browser, send pics, text, etc).

But I wonder why I can't run any apps, like the google Mail and so.

If one of the gurus from this site can help me out, thanks in advance.

Did you reinstall google mail after you flashed it?

What else doesn't work?

Well actually, I installed it for the very first time. Also tried with the google Maps app. and nothing so far. I think is the crappy Internet Service that Metro has.

I don't believe Metro offers BlackBerry Data Plans. Do they offer BlackBerry devices of their own?

They have the Blackberry 8330 but it costs $389,
and the plan for the Blackberry is around $60.
