Default my bb shuts down and (restarts)

Please Login to Remove!

i have a problem with my bb 8320 its been working fine until recently when the phone shuts down (restarts) only after a few minutes of usage. I tried readjusting the battery and back cover to see if the phone's battery was loose or something but that didn't seem to help; it still shuts off after a min or two sometimes last up to five minutes. Maybe there's a tweak or part replacement that must be done or something but i do not know how to???

I'm experiencing a similar issue though less frequently. How old is your device? Might be a battery going.

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)

Step 1 - pull the media card.

Did any changes happen prior to this?

A new OS? New theme? New app?

As suggested earlier, remove the media card and see if the issue still occurs. If so, then try a new battery.
