Default Menu will not show up on 8330 curve...

Please Login to Remove!

My friend recently gave me his 8330 curve. It was working fine, but now when I press down on the trackball to send a message, the menu does not show up. When I scroll up and down the menu shows up but I cannot successfully click on anything. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Nevermind...I got it...

Unwritten forum rule . . . You can't say nevermind.

What was it?

And welcome to the group!

haha sorry, I should have put what I did to resolve the issue.

I just took the battery out for about 30 seconds and put it back in and it all worked out.

Wirelessly posted

Excellent. Battery pull is the first thing to try. Glad it's working for you now.
