Unhappy Email Problem - Please Help!

We have a BB 8310 that runs with Exchange on our corporate network. Many others have BB's that run perfectly without any failures.

This particular one reads email just fine from Exchange. (One of our servers runs the Blackberry Manager software.)

The problem is from time to time emails that she gets on her BB do not make it to her Outlook. It's just 2 or 3 a week.

She is not deleting them from the BB. When she looks at her email in Outlook she gets all the emails before and after the missing one.

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Wirelessly posted (Breaking Ball)

Outlook junk mail filtering is likely catching the messages and removing them or filing them into a junk mail folder.

This usually happens after the message has already been delivered to the handheld.
