Welcome to the forums.

1) Under Profiles > Advanced.

2) What kind of ringtones/audio can my Blackberry have? - BlackBerryFAQ

Adding Themes & RingTones - BlackBerryFAQ

3)You need OS 4.5 and a media card.

4) You need a BlackBerry data plan

5) Options > Security Options > General Settings> Menu Key > Wipe Handheld. That will wipe all of the data off of the device. You will also need to contact the previous owner and have him remove his BIS account from that PIN number.

Also, bumping your post after 1 minute is very bad forum etiquette.
