Lately my BB will get stuck (mostly on my home screen) & the hourglass just keeps turning & turning for what seems like forever. The only way I can get it to stop is to pull out the battery, but that's getting really old, really fast. I'm getting tired of having to do it several times a day. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't get any error messages, just the forever rotating hourglass.

Is this something I need to address with my carrier, or will I need to go directly to Blackberry?

I'm getting frustrated & don't want my Curve anymore, & I haven't even had it a year yet!

Sounds like you may have too many apps running at the same time. Make sure when you want to close an app you do it through the menu and not just hit the end call button.
