I need to know how I can re-establish my BB brain. I downloaded the lates ATT BB Desktop Manager and was trying to install BBM. During this the steps of "loading Jvm and System Software" the progess bar said "erasing applications" then my phone went blank and will not turn on. It blinks two red lights. I have tried soft and hard reboots, pushing reset under the SIM card but nothing works. Is there a link to wipe the blackberry and reset the brain to get this working again??

Does your blackberry have a reset button under the sim card?! Are you sure your handset is manufactured by RIM?

Wipe with JL_CMDER. Install OS.
