Default Help! Error when trying to take picture!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a new blackberry curve 8330, it worked fine the first week. All of a sudden when I tried to take a picture, the colors are distorted almost like solarized. When I take a picture the screen turns white, I go to view picture I get a black screen with a red x. I then delete it and I get an error message that says uncaught exception: close()called when not displayed. I've done about 3 hours of reading on the error and have tried everything. I went to the event log by holding alt and enter lglg. There is a severe error. S Jave Exception - IllegalStateException. I have copied and pasted the information from the event log.

I'm not sure what to do and how to fix this. I did a clean restore and backed up my files before I did the restore. Then I installed the backup files. Should I have installed the backup files? Does anyone have any suggestions or solutions to this problem?

I think you need to reload the OS or install an upgraded OS. Are the Sticky Note thread at the top of this section for your model.
