Go into the "advanced" portion of the backup/restore in Desktop manager, open the IPD file and check the "password keeper" entry if it has numbers next to it their is information in that Database, if their are no numbers or a 0, your password keeper entries are not there, find another IPD file.
If you see numbers next to the Password keeper entry highlight and restore that specific database to your blackberry using the arrow keys,
