Default Dialing out of phonebook

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys i just purchased an unlocked phone on ebay and after installing my sim card phone works great but if i try to dial or message a contact out of my address book it puts an 86 in front of the number and will not allow the call? Any help would be appreciated since it kind of a hassle to have to dial the number everytime, Thanks for any help.
