You seem to be adding information as we go along.
You are saying you were able to sync before, then you reinstalled the OS because of a problem, and now you have this problem with desktop manager? Is that the situation?
Also, in your other thread you talk about the calendar app hanging up. Was that before you installed the OS, or is that now?
