Unhappy BB Powering Off

Please Login to Remove!

I know this has been asked and answered before 10000 times but my 8300 has been powering itself off when I am on a call and I get into a low or no service area. The battery can be full but I have to put it on a charger to get it to come back on. I just added a few apps but I have taken most of them off to see if that was the problem. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, I hate to have to buy a new one.

Wirelessly posted (I'm mobile)

Sounds like possibly a bad battery.

I would try a new battery. Or borrow one. My first thought is the battery is showing it is charged, but it is going bad and can't deliver when put under a load.
