I started using Capture It (The Tech Mogul - Welcome To TheTechMogul) for my storm with great success. I suggested it to someone else who has a Curve (I'm not sure what series) but when they go to use it, it just captures a white screen. Anyone know why?

Don't know why the white screen... tell then to first do a powered-on battery pull reboot, and try again.

If still problems, they might want to reinstall it.
