Default 8320 Camera Issue

Please Login to Remove!

Hi Guys

I'm having a camera fault for months now, when I try to open the camera, the phone says that I have to close another apps and then try again. Well I dont have any extra apps on my phone, and I've read somewhere that this is not a software issue but an hardware issue. Well I've also tried to solve stripping down my phone and click on my camera.. (as I've read on that post) still not working. Any tips?!

I agree that it sounds like a hardware issue and not a software issue.

This may sound odd, but try this:
Open the BB browser > BB Menu key > Options > Cache Operations > Clear all the selections > Battery pull (remove battery with phone ON, count to 20 and replace). Let the BB reboot fully and try the camera

Any luck? Not a completely unknown issue.

Let us know how this goes.....

I got one too and already fixed. It isn't software problem its already hardware trouble. Just check all pins of your camera if it fix or try replace your camera. But encoutered mostly is that the camera holder is corroded try to resolder or maybe just replace it. Good luck!!
